Our CFT kids program will teach foundational movement patterns, help improve muscular fitness, body awareness, & provide an opportunity for children to set goals while having fun achieving them. CrossFit kids is designed for young athletes between the ages of 8-11 years old. The methods used to teach movement within this program are broad, general, and inclusive and will be delivered via age-appropriate progressions and games within their own body weight or equipment that is easily managed by the age group. One of the goals of this program is to help children create a positive association with exercise, a desire to be fit, and a goal to live a long, healthy life.
